Structure
- The main structure is provided with R.C.C. framed structure on isolated footings for foundation designed for earthquake resistance
- All walls both 9” and 4.5”are built only with 1st class chamber bricks
- All woodworks are made up of with Best Indian Teak Wood
- All bed room doors are provided with Skin doors of good quality
- All door fittings are of anodized aluminum, except a Godrej lock in the main door
- All bath rooms will be provided with syndex (heavy duty) doors and frames
- Floorings will be done with ceramic tiles (plain). (2’0” X 2’0” Vitrified tiles)
- Bath room walls will be provided with glazed wall tiles up to a height of 5 ‘0”
- The kitchen table is provided with polished granite of black color
- Stainless steel sink with drain board is provided in the kitchen
- Glazed tiles of white color is provided in the walls up to 2’0” height above the cooking platform
