Schedule of Payment

- Within 30 Days of Application: (In case of Block D – 60%*) , (In case of Block C – 50%*) and 30%* (For Block A&B)
- On Ground Floor Roof Casting: 10%* (Not applicable for Block C&D)
- On Third Floor Roof Casting: 10%* (Not applicable for Block C & D)
- On Fifth Floor Roof Casting: 10%* (Not applicable for Block D)
- On Seventh Floor Roof Casting: 10%*
- On Ninth Floor Roof Casting: 10%*
- On Starting of Brick Work/Plastering: 10%*

- A amount of Rs 15000 for (0.5 KW), Rs 20000/- for (0.75 KW), and Rs 25000/- for (1.0 KW) power backup inside the flat, shall be charged on account of the Generator. (On Possession)
- Cost of transfer and/or registration of Flat/Parking Space shall be done by the Advocate appointed by the Developer, at the cost and expenses of the Purchaser.
